A little about our Joint Ventures;
There are two ways we can accept your funds into the Joint Venture opportunity;

Give you security against an existing property and you get paid 2% per month right away.

Wait for the right property to come along and you get paid 40% per annum from the time you invest your funds to when we repay your principle back in about 4 months.
If you choose (a)
- You receive a loan agreement and registrable caveat against an existing property.
- You get your 2% per month (24% per annum) paid every month
- As 95% of the properties are in Sydney you can easily view the property being used
- Your funds are invested for 12 months with option to extend or roll over for longer period.
- The documents are all designed for you to take to your legal people for advice
If you choose (b)
- You would sign the loan documents and have funds available.
- When a suitable property comes along you can check the property and the numbers.
- It is important to be ready 100% ready to take advantage of the right deal.
- We attend auction and offer a 66w settlement to agents to try to get best price
- If our offer is accepted deposits are required at the time
- Your funds are secured by way of loan agreement and personal guarantee
- Once we own the property you would have a registrable caveat in place
On receipt of the reply we can then organize documentation to be sent to you by return email so you have plenty of time to read the detail and carry out proper due diligence.
